The market study also shows that the energy, construction and agricultural sectors will continue to be the largest consumers of drone services in Norway. We also see a development among estate agents, journalists and construction as well as search and rescue services, who need the drone as a work tool. Based on a market study from «Drone Industry Insights», the Norwegian drone industry had a turnover of NOK 2.94 billion at the end of 2021. Within 10 years, the drone industry in Norway is expected to be close to doubling, which will correspond to a turnover of NOK 5.82 billion by 2030.
