ESTA Group Helicopter Department
Offers advanced flight training for qualified helicopter pilots.
Our type rating courses are cutting-edge and intensive, providing comprehensive training for aviation professionals. Our helicopter instructors all have the highest grades of professional licence and extensive experience in hems, resque, military, and oil & gas in training.
ESTA Group Drone Department
Aims to provide training at any level and requirements. From new pilots who wants to fly drones for hobby purpose, to professional pilots who needs extensive training. Become a dronepilot and get the latest up-to-date knowledge about operating fixed-wing drones, multirotor and single-rotor drones.
ESTA Group Simulator Department
Impeccably suited to meet the specific requirements of operators and surpass Level D regulatory requirements. ESTA Group provides digitally immersive training and operational support solutions for multi-domain operations.
ESTA Group Education Department
Consists of the intstructors for both helicopter, drones and simulators. This department also includes the administration, the finance department, sales, branding and marketing, document controller, human resources, compliance monitoring manager and safety manager. We are all working towards supporting the other departments.

Public & commercial
ESTA Group focuses on training for both public and commercial purposes. We do training for helicopters, multirotor and fixed wing drones. Our curriculum is based on the safe practices from the manned aviation within helicopter industry.
Energy / Oil & Gas
We provide training on every level. For drone pilots that work with power line inspections and helicopter pilots who operates Bell 525 for the oil and gas transport to the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
Cargo & Transport
ESTA Group is today providing training for helicopter pilots of smaller helicopter types. Many operators work within the inland, transporting goods, people, equipment, etc. We are also training drone pilots, who are increasingly subject to the Norwegian Aviation Authority’s rules.
The development of a new national training centre
It takes courage and perseverance to build a national competence center for aviation. ESTA Group will offer training based on Norwegian and worldwide conditions and scenarios. We are now building a powerhouse for aviation at Stavanger Airport, Sola,
